Saturday Bliss

Saturday's, love em' 

Some Saturdays are busy for  us. 

Saturdays can be spent having a girl's day out or shopping or even cleaning the house.

A lot of times we do a lot of running around from here there and everywhere and before you know it the day is over.
BUT....
There are Saturdays where we stay  home and do nothing.  That would be this day..

Of course,  I had to make an effort to have a lazy Saturday at home.

Yesterday, we cleaned the house and I finished and put away all the laundry.

We did all the grocery shopping yesterday.

I planned out my S.S. discussion last night.

It was worth it.
This morning I got up and was able to relax and drink my water and coffee while watching the Food Network. *grin*

Today each show was preparing certain foods for game day.  That made me excited because the Super Bowl is next week!  Ideas, I need them.

Pioneer Woman cooked up some great wings and a brownie recipe that I must try.

During the Food Networking we managed to have Saturday family breakfast.  Gravy and biscuits with eggs, sausage, bacon and eggs.  So, so good.  The kitchen is a mess but who cares. :-)

No plans today but to veg in front of the t.v. and I may read a book and later I am  making my homemade spaghetti sauce for dinner. I would share that recipe except for the fact that I don't have one. I don't measure a thing and somehow it is delicious and my family approves so why change? ;)

Days like this are a blessing from the Lord.
